
I am a HR and training professional. I have designed and delivered a wide range courses and workshops to clients as a freelance consultant trainer. I have a passion for creating the environment for people to thrive. HR is the foundation of my training.
I am a member of the CIPD and up to date with current legislation. I have developed a business alongside my training career in HR and Management Development content. I am currently running management apprenticeship courses for a large training provider.
I have gained business experience for example, marketing, finance, networking, legislative compliance, design and development. My HR and training skills have enabled me to provide support and development to professional carers.
I have developed a business alongside my training career in HR and Management Development and gained additional skills during this time, for example, Social media, Marketing, Networking, Content writing. I have lived experience of care through family members working in the sector and supporting family members.
I bring a wealth of experience in HR and training, experience of running a business and an understanding of management and staff development. . I have followed Linkability for over 20 years through family and friends experience with the charity and I’m a passionate supporter of the work the charity does.
