Jo Adshead

Executive Director

I am so proud to work here at Link-Ability. It’s the people who make it, and that’s everyone – those who work as part of Link-Ability team, the families and professionals who share our aims but most of all it’s the people we support. Knowing that they’re living the lives to the fullest and supporting them towards this is such a massive privilege. To be able to call this my work is never something I take for granted.

Karen Whittle

Assistant Director

I have worked at Link-Ability from day one and have been lucky to support some wonderful people who have me smile every day.
Watching staff engaging with people and being passionate about what they do, being creative, problem solving and putting people at the centre of their work makes me so proud. The organisation has grown and changed since I started but it has never lost its core values and purpose which is why I am still committed after all these years

Jane Martin

Assistant Director

I am fortunate to have progressed my career in health and social care since joining Link-Ability in 2015. The organisation has grown over the years yet retained the same local feel that I found appealing when I first joined, including the warmth and support in our team that makes the real difference in how it feels to work here.
