We support adults of all ages who experience learning disability and/or autism. If you are non-learning disabled we would not be able to support you.
We can support young people from age 16 who are interested in having more independence but we don’t support children who are younger than this.

We offer flexible working from day 1 of employment. As long as you can do a share of the hours in an evening and at the weekend we can normally work flexibility into your rota to help you. Sometimes this is to accommodate childcare but your request can be for any reason.
Yes you can. We can offer you a contract of 8 or 12 hours per week on our internal bank. At times when you have greater availability you can pick up additional hours.
Yes, we employ a number of people who have another job.
